Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, SQL, and JavaScript to join our dynamic team in Boston. • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with web frameworks and technologies such as Django, Flask, React, or Angular.
  • Deep understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and investment management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
